Marcus Hill is a multifamily real estate executive and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience leading high-performing teams, scaling portfolios, and driving operational and financial performance across luxury, lease-up, value-add, and stabilized assets.

Through Marcus Hill & Company®, we partner with owners, developers, and operators to bring clarity, structure, and execution to multifamily operations. Our work focuses on improving asset performance, aligning supplier partnerships, strengthening teams, and delivering results that show up on the balance sheet. We approach every engagement with a people-first mindset, believing strong teams and aligned partnerships are the foundation of sustainable success.

In parallel, The Marcus Hill Agency was created to support the people side of the industry through talent strategy, recruiting support, brand positioning, and workforce development. Together, both companies reflect a shared mission to elevate performance by investing in people, culture, and execution.

Before launching his firms, Marcus served in senior leadership roles overseeing national and regional multifamily portfolios, including lease-ups, high-rise and mid-rise communities, and large-scale repositionings. His experience spans budgeting and forecasting, NOI optimization, capital planning, operational audits, team development, and client and investor relations. Marcus has been recognized as Manager of the Year at multiple organizations and is known for his ability to lead with both strategic vision and hands-on operational discipline.

Our leadership philosophy centers on clarity over chaos, execution over noise, and results that are measurable and repeatable. As Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and a CPM candidate, Marcus and his team bring deep industry expertise paired with a modern, relationship-driven approach to consulting and agency services.
